Dirigentes Municipales representantes de las siete comunas de la Provincia de Arauco, se reunierón en la comuna de Cañete el día jueves 21 de junio.En la oportunidad los gremialistas municipales conversaron con el Abogado y ex - alcalde de la comuna de Cañete, don LUIS ADRIAN VIVEROS, con quien esta organización provincial, está formalizando un acuerdo para contar con asesoría legal que represente y defienda a los funcionarios municipales de la provincia cuando estos requieran sus servicios; por situaciones que afecte sus derechos laborales.
La reunión provincial, fue presidida por el delegado de la provincia ante la Federación Regional del Bio Bio, don Jaime Saez, dirigente de la Asociación de Funcionarios Municipales de Lebu.
En el referido encuentro provincial, se formaron comisiones de trabajo, con el propósito de potenciar la labor de la entidad gremial tanto a nivel provincial como regional:
